Basic Information on Data Protection

For the purposes of the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679, of April 27th (RGPD), in Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5th, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Rights (LOPDGDD) and the rest of current national regulations, Lourdes Moreno Abogados informs you that it fully complies with current legislation on the protection of personal data, and with confidentiality commitments inherent to its activity. Lourdes Moreno Abogados informs you of the existence of an information processing system, owned by Lourdes Moreno Abogados, for purposes of management, communication and information.
